Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Consultant for its Paarl practice. The role focuses on guiding financial institutions on strategy, regulatory compliance, risk, and digital innovation, while leading client engagements and shaping agendas with senior stakeholders.

You will manage project teams, build strong relationships across banks, insurers and asset managers, and identify new business opportunities in Paarl and beyond.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage senior client relationships.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
