Qualifications

• Proven experience managing specialized cleaning services (industrial, hazardous materials, deep cleaning).
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures for specialized tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise specialized cleaning projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to strict safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Train and mentor cleaning crews on specialized techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Conduct site assessments and risk analyses for specialized cleaning projects in the Paarl region.
