Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional certifications preferred.
• 5-8 years’ experience in Data Quality, MDM, Data Governance, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Experience implementing data quality rules, controls, thresholds and monitoring.
• Solid exposure to Customer MDM, matching, survivorship and data controls.
• Experience in a regulated environment, preferably financial services.
• Familiar with tools such as Ataccama, Informatica, Purview, SQL, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint.

• Define and maintain Data Quality rules with Data Owners, Data Stewards and tech teams.
• Monitor data quality results, trends and exceptions across priority domains.
• Identify, log, track and report data quality issues from detection to remediation.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify process, system or ownership gaps.
• Support Customer MDM implementation, including data validation and survivorship.
• Prepare regular Data Quality and MDM governance reports for forums.
