Placements24 seeks an experienced Senior Massage Therapist & Spa Manager for a premier spa in Mossel Bay. The role combines hands-on therapeutic work with operational oversight to deliver exceptional spa services and guest experiences.

You will lead a wellness team, provide advanced massage therapies, train junior staff, and ensure top standards of client care and facility presentation in a serene coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Massage Therapy with relevant certifications.
• At least 5 years as a Massage Therapist, with 2+ years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of multiple modalities and anatomy/physiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic massages (deep tissue, Swedish, sports).
• Oversee daily spa operations, scheduling, staff supervision, inventory.
• Train and mentor junior therapists to ensure consistent quality.
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and facilities.
