The role requires at least 8 years of hands-on massage experience, certification, and proven spa leadership. You will mentor therapists, develop treatment packages, and contribute to growth while maintaining a tranquil environment.

• Manage spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Train and mentor junior therapists, ensuring consistent quality of service delivery.
• Handle client bookings, inquiries, and feedback, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
