Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of South African food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities
