Cell C is seeking a seasoned Lead Specialist: Solutions Delivery & Testing to join a dynamic team. You will guide requirements analysis, testing and UAT, and oversee release planning and governance to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

The role requires deep experience in testing, BAU and release processes, with leadership responsibilities across cross-functional teams and vendors. A collaborative, inclusive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 9–10 years in technical testing and service delivery.
• 2–4 years leadership experience.
• Experience in systems integration, SDLC models, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with IT, Digital, Commercial and Wholesale teams to assess requirements and report progress.
• Influence requirements and solution design across business domains.
• Oversee all phases of the project life cycle from requirements to testing and deployment.
