• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Proficient in at least one modern backend language (Python, Go, Node.js, Java).
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB, schema design and optimization.
• Designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in remote teams.
