Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a team building services across EC2 and UC. You’ll shape the product vision, define roadmaps, and guide a group of engineers focused on delivering customer value through scalable, high‑quality software.

You will mentor engineers, partner with product and program teams, and drive an inclusive, high‑performing engineering culture while maintaining strong operational discipline in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• Experience in leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• Experience partnering with product and program management teams.
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software development life cycle, including livesite operations.
