The role focuses on building scalable AI infrastructure to support a wide range of ML applications, and to architect core components for next-generation AI platforms.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD or Master’s in a quantitative field, has 7+ years in data science, and can lead and mentor teams while delivering production ML systems

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of data science experience with a focus on machine learning development and deployment.
• Proven track record leading and managing data science teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models for prediction, classification, and recommendation systems.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify business opportunities and translate them into data science projects.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and advocate for their adoption.
• Develop robust data pipelines and ensure scalability and efficiency of ML solutions in production.
