Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on building and deploying AI models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (Spark, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for business applications (predictive analytics, recommendations, NLP).
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities in large datasets.
• Design and run A/B tests and experiments to evaluate AI-driven features.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
