Formal Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics,Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Technical/ Legal Certification

• Professional certification such as CA(SA), CFA, or equivalent is advantageous.
• Training in strategic planning, market research, or business development.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years in business development, market strategy, or a related role with a focus on sector growth.
• Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to shape growth strategies and drive decision-making.
