PLACEMENTS24 is seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and rental income across shopping centers in Polokwane, Limpopo. You will identify prospects, negotiate leases, and maintain strong retailer relationships to optimize performance and tenant mix.

Relying on your 5+ years in retail real estate, you will analyze market trends, coordinate with marketing, and manage lease administration to deliver seamless tenant experiences in a dynamic commercial portfolio.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail leasing or commercial real estate sales, preferably within shopping center environments.
• Proven success in negotiating and closing complex retail lease agreements.
• Knowledge of lease administration software is advantageous.
