• Proficiency in cost estimation software and standard measurement techniques.

This pivotal role involves managing all costs relating to construction projects, from initial calculations to final figures. The successful candidate will work to minimize the costs by seeking value, controlling the budget, and ensuring that all projects are completed within financial objectives. This position requires a meticulous approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with contractors and suppliers. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, tender, and deliver bills of quantities (BoQ).
• Manage and control project budgets from inception to completion.
• Undertake cost analysis for selected projects and provide reports on costs.

Requirements
