The role requires a PhD or Master’s in a quantitative field, 7+ years in quantitative finance, and strong Python/C++/R skills with numerical libraries. Remote leadership and problem-solving prowess are essential.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in quantitative finance and model development.
• Proficient in Python, C++, or R and numerical libraries.
• Strong understanding of derivatives, markets and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead remotely.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement quantitative models for trading, risk and pricing.
• Collaborate with traders, PMs, and risk officers to translate needs into solutions.
• Research and apply advanced mathematical, statistical, and ML techniques to financial problems.
• Backtest and validate models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
• Mentor junior analysts and set technical direction.
