Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead small-batch manufacturing operations in Kimberley. You will guide a skilled technician team, optimize workflows, and ensure quality and timely delivery for complex production runs.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, a proven ability to manage varied product lines, and a track record of maintaining high standards of safety and precision in a dynamic production setting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading production teams in small-batch or specialized manufacturing.
• Strong grasp of precision manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical specifications and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with proactive operational thinking.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of production staff in small-batch environments.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet order requirements and deadlines.
