Job summary

Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric) - compulsory
Diploma in Production, Operations Management, or related field - compulsory
Minimum of 5 years' experience managing people and production processes in a manufacturing environment
Experience within the FMCG industry is required
Technical or engineering experience will be advantageous
Formal training in supervision or production management will be advantageous

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily production in Assembly and Moulding to meet S&OP targets
Lead and support Supervisors and operators to maintain schedule adherence
Monitor and improve OEE by reducing downtime and inefficiencies
Drive autonomous maintenance, 5S and workplace organization
Ensure safety and quality standards across production, with proper shift handovers
