Our client, a vibrant and popular beauty & wellness salon located in Tembisa, Gauteng, ZA, is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the dual role of Lead Nail Technician & Salon Manager. This exciting opportunity requires a skilled nail technician with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, managing a team of technicians, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and maintaining the salon's reputation for high-quality nail services and overall beauty & wellness. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to salon management. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nail technicians, providing training, performance feedback, and scheduling.
• Perform all aspects of advanced nail care, including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, nail art, and extensions.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are met throughout the salon.
• Manage salon inventory, including ordering supplies and stock control.
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and resolve any client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Drive sales through upselling services and retail product recommendations.
• Implement and enforce salon policies and procedures.
• Maintain client records and appointment schedules.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and special promotions to attract and retain clients.

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Nail Technology or Cosmetology.
