Job summary

Absa Bank Limited seeks a Senior Manager of Management Information to lead the MI, BI and Data Analytics function for Private Wealth Banking. You will deliver high-quality management information, dashboards and insights to enable data-driven executive decisions.

Reporting to the CFO, you will manage a team of MI professionals, govern data, and collaborate with Finance, Technology and Business units to provide accurate, timely information and scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Management Information, BI, Data Analytics or Performance Reporting.
• Proven leadership of MI teams.
• Strong knowledge of Finance data, reporting and performance management.
• Experience with banking/financial services is preferred.
• Postgraduate qualification and/or professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of MI, reporting, dashboards and business insights for Private Wealth Banking.
• Translate data into insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive improvements in reporting, automation, analytics and data visualization.
• Oversee data governance, risk controls and data security.
• Partner with exec, finance, technology and business teams to meet information needs.
