Job summary

Absa Bank Limited seeks a Senior Manager to lead Management Information, BI and Data Analytics for Private Wealth Banking. You will direct MI reporting, governance and analytics, partnering with executives to enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong leadership of a specialized MI team and deep knowledge of banking data, reporting platforms and modern analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Management Information, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Minimum 7 years experience with SQL, Power BI and BI tools.
• Experience within Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Postgraduate qualification and/or professional certification.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSIS/SSAS/SSRS and big data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of MI, performance reporting, dashboards and insights across Private Wealth Banking.
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights to support decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, automation, analytics and data visualisation.
