• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years in mechanical engineering with 2+ years in lead/supervisory role.
• Experience with mechanical design, analysis, and simulation tools.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of various manufacturing processes and material selection.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, robotics, and control systems integration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate engineering teams.

• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and budget control.
