You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, and guide prototypes, feasibility studies, and IP documentation. A visionary leader with strong CAD/FEA/CFD skills will thrive in this hybrid setting.

Competenze

• Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of R&D experience in mechanical system design and innovation.
• Proven track record leading R&D projects and delivering new technologies.
• Experience with CAD, kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.

Mansioni

• Lead R&D activities for novel mechanical systems and components.
• Conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Conduct feasibility studies, theoretical analysis, and experimental validation.
