Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Lead Management Consultant specializing in Digital Transformation. This fully remote role offers flexibility to work with clients across sectors from a home office, supported by virtual hubs and a regional presence in George, Western Cape.

You will lead transformations from strategy through execution, advise C-suite executives, manage budgets and dispersed teams, and drive change management for cloud, AI, data analytics, and customer experience initiatives.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Engineering).

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects and managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI/ML, data analytics, IoT, and cybersecurity.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
