The ideal candidate has 7+ years in management consulting with a proven record of leading large digital projects and mentoring junior staff, in a remote-capable, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on digital strategy and transformation.
• Proven experience leading complex digital projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of current digital technologies, business models, and emerging trends.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, autonomous environment.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior consultants.
