Job summary

OpenFn seeks an experienced IT consultant and implementer to join as a lead consultant on government and NGO implementations. You will design data integration and workflow automation using the OpenFn platform, collaborate with diverse teams, and guide technical solutions across continents.

The role demands strong consulting, remote collaboration, and the ability to manage 10+ stakeholders across time zones. Fluency in English is required; French/Spanish is a major advantage.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in data or tech roles related to data integration or software development.
• 3–5+ years in consulting or customer-facing roles with technical advisory.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French/Spanish helpful.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with messy data and Excel.
• Familiar with information systems, CRMs, BI tools, and open source apps.

Responsibilities

• Consult with government and NGO teams to map processes and automation opportunities.
• Design and deliver workflow automation using OpenFn and integrations.
• Lead remote workshops, discovery calls, and solution design.
• Train partners on solution design and IT implementation best practices.
• Coordinate across time zones and multiple stakeholders.
