OpenFn is seeking a Partner Program Director to own and grow OpenFn's collaboration with implementation partners and resellers embedded in government and NGO work. You’ll identify, onboard, train, and enable partners to sell and implement OpenFn, driving recurring revenue through the channel.

Based in Sub‑Saharan Africa with a global reach, you’ll build a scalable partner program, design a certification path, and collaborate with product, services, and support teams to ensure partner success

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships, channel management, business development, or related relationship-management role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard partners and resellers in government and NGO sectors.
• Grow partner-driven revenue and track pipeline with leadership.
• Enable and support partner network through training and ongoing support.
• Build and curate a partner community with regular calls and regional meetups.
