Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering.
• 10+ years in industrial systems engineering, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Extensive experience with WMS, ERP, and automation technologies.
• Expertise in system simulation, modeling, and data analysis tools (FlexSim, JMP).
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of integrated industrial systems, including automation, material handling, and information flow.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems and technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and automation technologies.
• Expertise in system simulation, modeling, and data analysis tools (e.g., FlexSim, JMP).
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with large-scale industrial projects in the Cape Town area or similar urban logistics hubs.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration is an advantage.
