Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Lead Industrial Engineer to spearhead global process design and optimization in a remote-first environment. You will lead a team of engineers, set technical direction, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce costs across the organization.

You will mentor engineers, develop standards for analysis, and oversee major projects from concept to implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure adoption of best practices and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
