Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial engineering; 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive operational change.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Exceptional remote communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
