Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven remote operations management, process improvement, and project leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma transformation projects with Master Black Belt preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with simulation and data analytics tools.
