The ideal candidate has a master’s in IE, 10+ years in industrial engineering with 3+ in leadership, and deep Lean/Six Sigma expertise.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and other process optimization methodologies.
Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams and complex projects.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
