Job summary

DRA Global is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Health, Safety and Environmental activities across project sites. You will work with the HSE Manager, construction teams, and contractors to ensure compliance with legislation, client requirements, and DRA standards.

In this role you will lead on-site audits, incident investigations, risk management, and contractor oversight while promoting a proactive safety culture and timely corrective actions across all operations.

Qualifications

• SAMTRAC or equivalent certification required
• Incident Investigation Training required
• Risk Management Training required
• Legal Liability certification required

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site HSE activities with practical guidance to site teams and contractors
• Ensure compliance with legislation, project HSE specifications, client requirements and DRA standards
• Plan, coordinate HSE audits and track corrective actions
• Lead incident investigations and environmental compliance efforts
• Implement risk management processes and HSE observations
• Supervise DRA and contractor HSE personnel and inspections
• Coordinate HSE indicators, reporting, and record-keeping
• Promote safe behaviours and intervene to stop unsafe work
