Job summary

Entyce Beverages Coffee & Creamer is seeking an experienced Team Leader for the Hopper Floor and Tank Farm at the Isando Coffee and Creamer Factory. You will oversee safety, production flow, and inventory control while leading a multi-skilled team in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Strong focus on cost management and continuous improvement is required. You will manage daily operations, ensure high housekeeping and quality, and drive changeovers with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production experience in FMCG.
• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a complex manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate in Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage across shifts.
• Lead Hopper Floor and Tank Farm teams to meet daily targets.
• Control labour costs, minimize overtime and absenteeism.
• Maintain high hygiene and quality standards; manage quality checks and non-conformances.
• Assign tasks, develop and coach team members using IDP and Skills Matrix.
