Placements24 is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer in Centurion to spearhead the agency's creative output and elevate client visuals. You will mentor junior designers, drive design direction across branding and digital assets, and collaborate with account managers to meet project briefs.

The role demands a strong portfolio, leadership experience, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite in a fast-paced, on-site Centurion environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, with leadership or senior role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and digital design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout and visual composition.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual design solutions for client projects (branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, etc.).
• Provide strong art direction and feedback to a team of graphic designers.
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and team members to align concepts with client objectives.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for the design team, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency through style guides and design standards.
• Stay current with design trends and technologies to keep client work innovative in Centurion.
