Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Lead Graphic Designer to join our client’s team in Tembisa. You will shape the visual identity, lead branding projects from concept to completion, and ensure all visuals align with marketing objectives.

You will mentor junior designers and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver impactful visuals for digital and print channels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional graphic design experience with brand development.
• Strong portfolio in branding, print, and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of all visual assets including branding, collateral, web graphics, and social content.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels to ensure a cohesive identity.
• Collaborate with marketing/product teams to translate strategy into visuals.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
