Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Geothermal Energy Technician or in a related HVAC/renewable energy role.
• Strong understanding of geothermal system principles and diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving, safety awareness, and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct a team of geothermal energy technicians in daily operations.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair geothermal heating and cooling systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments of geothermal equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and environmental policies.
