The role requires a minimum of 7 years in geotechnical engineering, proficiency with Slide and RocScience tools, and a PrEng registration or eligibility is highly desirable.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience with a focus on open-pit mining.
• Proven expertise in slope stability analysis, rock mechanics, and mine design.
• Strong communication and ability to present technical information to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed geotechnical investigations including site characterization and data interpretation for open-pit mine design.
• Develop and implement ground support strategies, slope stability assessments, and recommendations for open-pit mines.
• Utilize geotechnical software for modeling rock/soil mechanics and hydrogeology.
