Our client in the B2B industry is looking for a ready to hit the ground running, hunter sales person. Someone with experience selling services to other companies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients within key industries who may require compliance, regulatory or legal consulting services.
- Generate qualified leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM outreach.
- Set up introductory meetings and discovery calls for the consulting team.
- Follow up diligently on previous contacts, inbound enquiries, and stalled conversations.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and prospect status in the CRM system.
- Maintain weekly reporting on lead quality, conversion progress, and outreach effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to fine-tune messaging and target sectors.
- Stay informed on compliance trends, legal updates, and industry challenges that can inform outreach.

- Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, or appointment setting (preferably in B2B professional services).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently speak with senior decision-makers and gatekeepers.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs or performance metrics.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and email / LinkedIn prospecting systems.
