Work hours are 4:00 PM–12:00 AM SA Time to align with USA business hours. Start date is immediate. You will contact leads via phone and email, maintain records, and meet daily activity targets while collaborating with management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.
• Minimum 2+ years' B2B Sales.
• Strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Highly organized and responsive with excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable and communicative.
• Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection.
• Available to work 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM SA Time.
• Available for an immediate start.
