Qualifications

• 6+ years building production web apps with at least 3 years in TypeScript.
• Deep React and Node.js expertise with performance debugging.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL schema design in production.
• Proven ability to ship client-facing projects on deadlines.
• Comfortable writing integration tests and setting up CI pipelines.
• Clear written communication supporting delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and build web applications with React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Own data model and API design, including PostgreSQL schema and migrations.
• Review merges, enforce tests, security, and readability.
• Lead Thursday client demos and translate feedback into tickets.
• Mentor mid-level engineers through pairing sessions weekly.
• Contribute to estimates and technical proposals during pre-sales.
