Job summary

Goldman Tech Resourcing is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a focus on technical leadership. The role combines hands-on development with mentoring and team guidance, emphasising clean code, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You will work on scalable front-end and back-end applications using .NET/C#, build APIs, optimise databases, and participate in Agile processes while coaching junior developers and driving modern practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant software development qualification is required.
• .NET and C# with strong commercial experience are essential.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams is preferred.
• Solid understanding of modern .NET practices and front-end tech (HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery).
• Experience designing and integrating APIs and working with SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable front-end and back-end applications using modern practices.
• Build, document, and maintain APIs and integrations.
• Design and optimise database structures for performance and reliability.
• Write efficient SQL queries and reports; participate in code reviews.
• Lead, mentor, and coach junior developers within an Agile team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Promote engineering best practices and explore AI-assisted development where appropriate.
