Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in full-stack development with leadership experience.
• Frontend: React, Angular or Vue.js; Backend: Node.js, Python or Java.
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate development teams.
