Job summary

Goldman Tech Resourcing is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a high-performing team in Johannesburg. You will split time between coding (~60%) and leading, training, and mentoring other developers (~40%).

You will build scalable front-end and back-end solutions, develop APIs, optimise databases, and contribute to AI-driven development practices within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in .NET/C# development.
• Solid database design and SQL/SSMS/SSRS.
• Experience leading or mentoring developers.
• API development and integration experience.
• Experience with Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable front-end and back-end solutions using .NET and C#.
• Build, document and maintain APIs and system integrations.
• Design, optimise and maintain databases for accuracy, performance and reliability.
• Work with SQL, SSMS and SSRS to develop effective queries and reports.
• Use Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable deployments.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
• Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle within an Agile environment.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Lead, train and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to broader systems thinking and technology improvements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI within the development workflow.
