Job summary

Core is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to own the most complex features across front‑end Angular/React and back‑end .NET/C# and Node.js services. You’ll design, build, and maintain APIs and data stores, mentor engineers and raise technical standards through reviews and secure coding practices.

You’ll translate architecture into actionable designs and drive integration work across ERP/OMS/WMS/CRM using Azure stack, ensuring stability during peak trading and major launches.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in full-stack software development, including senior/lead experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with Angular, React, .NET/C#, Node.js, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Cosmos DB.
• Strong Azure and integration experience, including API design and versioning.
• Excellent design, code quality, testing and secure-coding discipline.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor other engineers.

Responsibilities

You’ll personally design and build the most complex, highest‑risk features across the web and back‑end services that power Core Group’s omnichannel platform, while raising the technical standard of the wider engineering team through strong design, code review and mentorship.

What we’re looking for

• Deep hands‑on experience across Angular, React, .NET/C#, Node.js, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and/or Cosmos DB.
• Strong Azure and integration experience, including API design and versioning.
• Excellent technical design, code‑quality, testing and secure‑coding discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to mentor and influence other engineers.

Advantageous

• Retail, e‑commerce, POS or omnichannel experience.
• Experience building on Azure and the Azure Integration Stack at scale.
• Experience delivering through high‑demand events such as product launches and peak trading.
