This fully remote leadership role requires you to manage installation projects from a distance across client sites in South Africa, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.

You will mentor junior technicians, troubleshoot complex challenges, and serve as the primary technical escalation point for remote installations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in field installation focusing on automation systems.
Proven experience in leading technical teams or projects.
In-depth knowledge of industrial automation hardware, software and control systems.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent remote communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
