Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Agriculture required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Production supervisor in a Feeding Mill.
• Experience with production software and systems.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of animal feed to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and manage plant workers and casual staff during shifts.
• Maintain heavy machinery operation and safety protocols.
• Ensure proper labeling and loading of products.
• Report production progress and issues to the Shift Manager.
• Train staff on systems and processes.
