Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Agriculture.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Production supervisor in a Feeding Mill.
• Experience in working with production software and systems.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have good health and be comfortable with heights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of animal feed, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Manage and operate complex production systems (training provided).
• Lead and manage plant workers and casual staff on shifts.
• Ensure maintenance and operation of heavy machinery including forklifts.
• Enforce Health and Safety protocols at the plant.
• Supervise loading/unloading of products.
• Report production progress to Shift Manager.
