About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic exploration plans for base metal targets.

• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations in exploration activities.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, presentations, and prospect memorandums.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Geology or a related earth science discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mineral exploration, with a strong focus on base metals (copper, nickel, zinc, lead).
• Proven track record of successful exploration project management and target generation.
• Expertise in structural geology, regolith geochemistry, and alteration systems relevant to base metal deposits.
• Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and 3D geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Vulcan).
• Experience managing field logistics and remote exploration campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in challenging field conditions and remote locations.
