Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility managers and other stakeholders to integrate sanitation best practices into daily operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on program performance, resource utilization, and compliance status for management review.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sanitation, environmental health, or a closely related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing environmental sanitation programs.
• Solid understanding of public health principles, infectious disease control, and relevant legislative frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
