Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Lead Solution Architect - Enterprise Systems for an on-site role in Soweto, Gauteng. The candidate will guide the architectural direction of core enterprise applications and design integrated solutions to meet business needs and growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define standards, oversee implementations, and ensure scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

8+ years in solution architecture with enterprise focus
Proven track record designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions
In-depth knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRIS and integration technologies
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in enterprise contexts
Strong database design, data warehousing and BI understanding
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in large, complex organizational structures
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-wide systems and applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Define architectural standards, patterns and governance for enterprise systems.
Oversee the implementation of solutions ensuring alignment with guidelines.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and platforms for enterprise use.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects and development teams.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and meet performance requirements.
Conduct architectural reviews and manage technical risks.
